Invitation to the XXVI Open Seminar of the Chair of Commercial and Corporate Law at the University of Warsaw

The Head of the Centre for Family Business Law of the University of Warsaw, Professor Konrad Osajda, invites you to

the XXVI Open Seminar of the Chair of Commercial and Corporate Law of the University of Warsaw, which he also heads.

At the forthcoming anniversary meeting, Prof. Dr. iur. Damiano Canapa (The University of Lausanne) will present a paper entitled “From Brussels to Bern: How the CSRD is Reshaping Swiss Sustainability Law” The speech and the discussion planned afterwards will be in English.

The seminar can be attended on Wednesday, 14 November, at 14:30, in a hybrid format:
