Seminar with Mr Piotr Woźniakiewicz

We invite you to participate in another seminar in the series entitled ‘Wealth Management: Private Foundations – Comparative Perspective’.

This time, our invitation was accepted by Mr Piotr Woźniakiewicz, tax advisor and partner at PwC. He entitled the meeting ‘The taxation model for family foundations and their beneficiaries – today and tomorrow (?)’. As you may guess, the question mark refers to the uncertainty that persists despite the late season as to whether the changes adopted by parliament in this area will ultimately come into force (which is scheduled for 1 January 2026), which makes our discussion particularly timely.

The seminar will be held in Polish on 18 November 2025 (Tuesday) at 5 p.m. Polish time in a hybrid form – in person in room 209 named after Prof. W. Czachórski at Collegium Iuridicum I of the University of Warsaw (ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 26/28) and remotely, via the Zoom platform, using the link below.
