30th University of Warsaw Commercial Law Department Open Seminar: Prof. Herbet

The 27th Open Academic Meeting of the Department of Commercial Law of the University of Warsaw will take place on 24 March 2025. At the upcoming meeting, dr hab. Andrzej Herbet, prof. KUL (The John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin) will present a paper entitled “Pełnomocnictwo – przedstawicielstwo – reprezentacja: w kierunku wspólnych reguł wykonywania kompetencji do dokonywania czynności prawnych w cudzym imieniu” Both the speech and the discussion planned afterwards will be held in Polish.

The seminar can be attended on Monday 21 October 2025 at 5.00 p.m., in a hybrid format:
