31st University of Warsaw Commercial Law Department Open Seminar: Prof. Sudiero

The 31st Open Seminar of the Department of Commercial Law of the University of Warsaw will take place on 17 November 2025. At the upcoming meeting, Prof. Fabrizio Sudiero (Assistant Professor (RTDb), Department of Law, University of Turin) will present a paper entitled “The Intersection of Insolvency Law and Shareholders’ Rights”. Both the speech and the discussion planned afterwards will be held in English.

The seminar can be attended on Monday 17 November 2025 at 5.00 p.m., in a hybrid format:
