Centre’s cooperation with the Association of Notaries of the Republic of Poland

On 4 November 2024, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Association of Notaries of the Republic of Poland and the University of Warsaw’s Centre for Family Business Law. The two institutions share research interests in notarial activities related to inheritance and commercial law, including the establishment and functioning of family foundations.

The Association of Notaries of the Republic of Poland is an institution that brings toghether and supports Polish notaries. Its activities include running a publishing house and organising courses and conferences in the field of notarial law. The Association also publishes a scholarly journal, “Rejent”, in which members and academic associates of the Centre have often published their work.
