The Centre’s Partnership with LEX Financial Law Firm

LEX Financial Law Firm has become a partner of the University of Warsaw’s Centre for Family Business Law. The agreement to this effect was signed on 16 July 2024 by Dr Małgorzata Rejmer (President of the Law Firm) and Professor Konrad Osajda (Head of the Centre). With that, LEX Financial Law Firm is already the Centre’s second external partner.
Our cooperation will include, among other things, conducting research on family foundations, particularly empirical research. The LEX Law Firm also intends to support other scientific activities undertaken by the Centre.
The LEX Financial Law Firm is also a family business trying to prudently prepare for succession. For this reason, the exchange of experience between academics and practitioners associated with the law firm promises to be particularly interesting.
