CFBL seminar on private foundations in holding structures

The Centre for Family Business Law at the University of Warsaw, Poland, will host a hybrid seminar within the series “Wealth Management: Private Foundations – Comparative Perspective”. During the Polish-language seminar titled “Stosowanie zagranicznych fundacji prywatnych w polskich strukturach holdingowych. Sukcesja i ochrona majątku” (“The use of foreign private foundations in Polish holding structures. Succession and asset protection”), there will be a presentation by Ms Paulina Lubas and Mr Maciej Pilarek, practitioners from PLA.partners, a Polish law firm based in Warsaw. This will be followed by an open discussion.

The seminar will take place on 26 May 2025 (Monday) at 5:00 p.m. (CET) in a hybrid format:

• in room 209 of the Collegium Iuridicum I building at the Univeristy of Warsaw (ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 26/28, Warsaw, Poland – see no. 2 on this  map) and
• via Zoom.

It will be held in Polish only. No fees nor registration is required.
