The Centre for Family Business Law at the University of Warsaw, Poland, will host an online seminar within the series “Wealth Management: Private Foundations – Comparative Perspective”.

CFBL seminar on private foundations in holding structures

The Centre for Family Business Law at the University of Warsaw, Poland, will host a hybrid seminar within the series “Wealth Management: Private Foundations – Comparative Perspective”. During the Polish-language seminar titled “Stosowanie zagranicznych fundacji prywatnych w polskich strukturach holdingowych. Sukcesja i ochrona majątku” (“The use of foreign private foundations in Polish holding structures. Succession and asset protection”) there will be a presentation by Ms Paulina Lubas and Mr Maciej Pilarek, practitioners from PLA.partners, a Polish law firm based in Warsaw.
