Invitation to the XXV Open Seminar of the Chair of Commercial and Corporate Law at the University of Warsaw
The Head of the Centre for Family Business Law of the University of Warsaw, Professor Konrad Osajda, invites you to
the XXV Open Seminar of the Chair of Commercial and Corporate Law of the University of Warsaw, which he also heads.
At the forthcoming anniversary meeting, Prof. Dan W. Puchniak (Singapore Management University) will present a paper entitled “Corporate Purpose. Some Comparative Remarks.” The speech and the discussion planned afterwards will be in English.
The seminar can be attended on Wednesday, 6 November, at 17:00, in a hybrid format:
- stationary in room 3.4 at the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw (i.e. in the Former School Superintendent Building, Krakowskie Przedmieście 26/28, between Kazimierzowski Palace and Auditorium Maximum – see map) and
- remotely on the Zoom platform at the address below.
