Centre’s Partnership with Santander Bank Polska

In November 2025, Santander Bank Polska S.A. became a new Partner of the Centre for Family Business Law at the University of Warsaw. It is the first bank among our Partners, which further increases the diversity of this constantly growing group of institutions.

Our new Partner has many years of experience with family businesses and succession issues in Poland and abroad. The bank applies this experience to strive for harmonious and effective operation in the intersecting spheres of business activity, its family character, personal assets and running family foundations as a tool for managing clients’ assets. The Bank’s involvement in cooperation with the Centre reflects its desire to integrate its own practice with the academic knowledge and experience of other CFBL Partners.
