We encourage you to view the recording of the Polish-language seminar titled “Stosowanie zagranicznych fundacji prywatnych w polskich strukturach holdingowych. Sukcesja i ochrona majątku” (“The use of foreign private foundations in Polish holding structures. Succession and asset protection”), which was organised by our Centre and led by Ms Paulina Lubas i Mr Maciej Pilarek (practitioners from PLA.partners, a Polish law firm based in Warsaw).
