The Centre’s Partnership with the National Council of Notaries

In May 2025, the National Council of Notaries (Pol. Krajowa Rada Notarialna, KRN) became another Partner of our Centre. As the representative of notaries, KRN protects the rights and interests of citizens. Acting for the security of legal transactions, it ensures that the profession is practised in accordance with the law and ethical principles. Its task is also to take care of the development of the notarial community, to support the digitisation of services and to cooperate with state authorities with regard to the regulation of the notarial profession. In order to protect the rights and interests of citizens, the KRN is involved in numerous initiatives aimed at legal education.

Thus, the group of our Partners has become even more diverse: in addition to law firms from Warsaw and beyond, it has included an entity with a different structure and role. We consider our cooperation with the KRN very valuable, as notaries play a key role in the performance of many legal transactions related to business and succession.
